The Humane Society of Calloway County's annual Holiday Bazaar will be on Sat., Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Weaks Community Center, 607 Poplar Street.

There will be an expansive display of beautiful pre-packaged holiday gifts, wreaths and many high-end items with sections for home decor, pets and more. Featured again this year is a wide selection of houseplants suitable to decorate your home or ready to give as gifts. Shop the many designs of Humane Society t-shirts and hoodies. “The Society’s Bazaar has always been one of the best in Murray and this year's will be bigger and better than ever ,” notes Hodge. “People look forward to it all year. They create handcrafted items and find treasures to donate. Local businesses have donated generously with dozens of gift certificates available at the Bazaar. This year, we have custom designed succulent arrangements that will be special gifts for many on your list, or for yourself. The generosity of our members and supporters make the event a success,” Hodge continued. “We depend completely on donors to provide wonderful things to sell and shoppers to buy them!” The doors to the Holiday Bazaar will open promptly at 9 a.m. on Sat., Nov 5. Shoppers are encouraged to come early for the best selection.

The Society counts on proceeds from the Bazaar to help support its many programs that assist animals in the community.
