Drawing-Murray Art Guild

WHEN: Two sessions- Friday, Sep 30, 6-8 & Saturday, Oct 1, 10-4

This will be a two-part workshop with Friday evening as a short demo time, with some practice, and a Saturday class. Bring a sack lunch. Working with pencil and charcoal, students will learn to see shape in light and dark, identifying the apelle’s line to better delineate form in contour. They will also identify shape shadow from cast shadow, studying subtle muted gradations, and making the form “sit’ in real space. Beginners welcome!
