Planting with a Purpose

Event by Woodlands Nature Station and Friends of Land Between the Lakes

Woodlands Nature Station

Duration: 2 hr

Public · Anyone

Native Wildflowers in the garden are not only pretty but extremely important! During this short work session, you can sow a flat of wildflower seeds (15 pots) to take home and raise yourself. We’ll have several species to choose from that will be appropriate for a sunny garden space. With a little care and patience, they will be ready to plant in your garden this fall.

This program costs $25 per person and includes same day admission to Nature Station. Registration required, please call 270-924-2020. This program is recommended for visitors 12 years old and up.
