Want to better understand the many aspects of organizing a show? Want to ensure the success of a production without being on stage? With this workshop you will better understand the role of "stage manager" and learn the tips and tricks for successful support of the cast and crew.

learning necessary daily tasks
discussion on leadership
and how to digitally organize information
