The hot social event of the fall! The farmers market is open from 7am-noon, on the downtown court square.
The Downtown Farmers Market exists to provide a location for farmers and crafters to promote their products directly to the consumers at a reasonable price, save family farms and stimulate the local economy. On average, 40 vendors (crafters, produce, baked goods, etc) are set up every weekend. During peak season (June-July), more than 60 vendors will arrive.
If you are in town on Saturday mornings, be sure to visit the downtown area to shop, socialize or just walk around the square.
