Workshop Description: Mindful drawing is an opportunity to relax your mind and be present. It is a chance to find deeper focus and a bit of creativity. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to several different approaches to mindful drawing, including playful scribble monsters and methodical mandala drawings. Students will sample different drawing pens and paper. Then, we’ll spend some time on individual drawings. Everyone will go home with knowledge and materials to continue a mindful drawing practice.
